Join John de Kadt and Brenda McMorrow with Katie Campbell

for a magnificent week long journey into Peru. This retreat takes

place in the Sacred Valley of the Andes Mountains and includes

enlivening and enchanting daily yoga, kirtan and storytelling. We

will be treated to delicious vegetarian food and cleansing juices,

as well as unforgettable trips to sacred sites including Machu

Picchu and beyond.

We will reside at the beautiful Illa Wasi Retreat Center, tucked

into the Urubamba mountains with accommodations in traditional

round Incan buildings. We will be near sacred ancient sites and

Incan ruins including one of the wonders of the world - Machu

Picchu.

This retreat will include Bhakti yoga chanting sessions with

Brenda and John, evening Kirtan under the stars and storytelling

that will weave a tapestry of ancient myths throughout the week.

Each day Katie Campbell will offer a wonderful yoga class. We

will be served delicious, fresh food grown naturally right here in

the Valley and juicing can be a part of your daily experience if

you wish. Together we will journey to these auspicious and

powerful Incan ruins and sites as part of our cleansing,

Canadian Devotional Chant Artist Brenda

McMorrow travels worldwide sharing her deep

devotion to the celebration of our true beings

through the joyous Bhakti Yoga practice

of Kirtan. Brenda is invited to share her music

at festivals, workshops, retreats and

concerts across North America, Europe,

Latin America and Asia. With 3 celebrated

devotional chant albums, Brenda is a featured

artist on the White Swan Records roster, a

Colorado label well known for it��s high-profile

yoga-inspired artists like Deva Premal. She has

accompanied Grammy award winning cellist

David Darling and esteemed Kirtan musicians

Jai Uttal, Wah!, David Newman, Girish and

Dave Stringer. When not on the Bhakti road,

Brenda calls beautiful Guelph, Ontario home.

Katie Campbell is both a Kripalu Yoga teacher and

Prana Flow teacher based out of Boston MA.

Originally from ON Canada, she has dedicated years

of her life studying and traveling, deepening her

understanding & love for yoga as well as her passion

for the healing arts. Katie holds certifications in Thai

Yoga Massage, Kripalu Yoga in Schools teacher

training, Kripalu YogaDance, Zumba, CranioSacral &

energy work. She prides herself in teaching not only

in world renown Yoga studio Down Under Yoga

Boston, but is known for bringing yoga into the

community, schools & marginalized populations.

She offers workshops like her Women's

Empowerment Summit throughout North America &

leads yoga retreats worldwide. Katie is known for her

sunshiny personality, her intelligent vinyasa flow

classes & her generous heart. Katie also personally

owns Bliss Jewels, a conscious jewelry company.

John de Kadt is a professional

percussionist, storyteller and poet

from the United Staes. He has

studied and played ethnic hand

percussive instruments for over 30

years. He's studied with percussion

masters around the world and has

taught and performed on PBS and

NBC. John tours internationally and

plays at Yoga Festivals, Retreats and

Events across the globe. He has

released 4 CD's and is sought after

for his unique blending of drums with

mystic poetry and the great myths of

the world.

Aleya Journeys is an experiment in

conscious world travel. Currently

specializing in the sacred sites of

Peru and Mexico we bring together

leaders in transformation and healing,

world-class musicians and sacred

sites to co-create one of a kind travel

experiences in community.

Eleonora Aleya Lupyan, MA is a

graduate of NYU and Colombia

University in NYC specializing in

bringing alternative healing methods into

the practice of Applied Psychology.

Finding dance and music to be amongst

the most powerfully healing methods,

Aleya guides people in expressing,

releasing and healing. As the founder of

Aleya Journeys and Illa Wasi Retreat

Center, her extended vision is to have

centers catered for times when we need

deep reflection, reconnection with nature

and time away. Aleya seeks to support

those who seek to create a more

intimate dialogue with the desires of their

heart and soul.
