Saison is a modern American restaurant located in San Francisco, California. Our cuisine is focused around wood fire cooking of seasonal ingredients. We work directly with fishermen, hunters, gatherers, ranchers, and farmers to source the best products in local existence. The kitchen and dining room share the same open space, creating a dynamic and intimate exchange between our team and guests.

Saison Cellar

Saison wines are hand-crafted by Saison and Angler co-founder Mark Bright. They focus on small lot production and single vineyard expression, with the intention of bringing forth purity and quality from each harvest.

We work with some of the finest wine growers in both the US and France during the growing season and the harvest as well as in the cellar where our wines are carefully matured. Saison wines are only available within our restaurants and to Saison Wine Club members.

We welcome you to join the Saison Wine Club as an opportunity to enjoy these wines from home. For $250 (plus tax & shipping) members will receive quarterly shipments of 3 - 6 bottles, access to one-of-akind bottlings, collaborative projects, and first invites to all wine dinners and events hosted by Saison and Angler restaurants.
