|The role is for an ICT Analyst to support the AIS / SWIFT Computer System used extensively by the CHASC and Finance services with numerous business |

|processes and end user reports. At all times to take account of the Council’s vision, values and strategic objectives. Confirm to all corporate policies |

|and procedures. |

|Job Context (key outputs of team / role to provide some specific examples of role profile accountabilities) |

|The key accountabilities for the role will be to support the AIS / SWIFT applications on a day to day basis including the following areas: |

| |

|Application Development: User Administration (new users, profile administration), Password Resets, Confidential Records processing, Duplicate records |

|resolution and deletion, Budget manager updates, Case Note / Assessment deletions, My Care Record system administration, Financial Assessment uplifts, |

|Financial Year End processing and others. |

| |

|Service Management: Liaising with users, support colleagues and suppliers over technical support issues and routine software upgrades. |

| |

|User Support: Providing day to day support and development advice to users and stakeholders, maintaining support and application documentation. |

|Contributing to the training of users. |

| |

|Information Management: Assisting with ensuring that information associated with applications is effectively managed with consideration of data |

|protection requirements. |

| |

|Audit and Security: Ensuring the Audit requirements are fully considered. Conforming to agreed security procedures, installation standards and all ICT |

|policies and procedures. |

| |

|Customer Service and Communication: Putting the customer first. First class communication skills, both oral and written. |

| |

|Accountability and Strategic thinking: Develop, implement and maintain ICT systems strategies, policies and procedures that align with BCC and service |

|area needs. To manage individual workloads(s), (self and others) in accordance with agreed prioritisation methods,standards, authorised procedures and |

|all relevant legislation. |
