1 | HOW DO I ACCESS myLEARNING - IN NETWORK?

1. From your region's navigation home page, click on `myLearning'.

2. This will take you to your learning home page.

2 | HOW DO I ACCESS myLEARNING - OUT OF NETWORK?

1. Open a Web Browser.

2. Go to https:// performancemanager4. login?company=CBRELearn.

3. Enter your CBRE username and password.

3 | WHERE DO I FIND A COURSE?

1. Click on the `Find Learning' tile from your home page.

2. From the search courses page you can filter by, `category, subject area, source, course dates or delivery'.

3. Use filters and drop down menus to create e a view that enable you to find appropriate course.

4 | HOW DO I LAUNCH AN ONLINE COURSE?

There are two ways to launch an online course in myLearning,

First: 1. From the myLearning home page, select the `My Learning

Assignments' tile, then search for and select an online course.

2. From the tile of the course you selected, click `Start Course'.

Second: 1. From the search courses page, rollover a selected course with your

mouse and the option `Start Course' appears.

2. Click `Start Course'.

5 | HOW DO I CHANGE HOW `MY LEARNING ASSIGNMENTS' DISPLAYS?

1. To change to card view, click on the light grey box

2. The card view shows more details about the learning activities. You can sort by `Due Date', `Priority', `Course Type' and `Assignment Type'.

6 | HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN INSTRUCTOR LED COURSE?

1. From the myLearning home page, select `Browse all courses' under the `Find Learning' tile.

2. The browse catalog screen displays all available items in your catalog.

3. Narrow the catalog results by selecting `Instructor-Led', then select the checkbox for `Scheduled Courses Only'.

4. Search and locate your desired course.

5. Click `View Course Dates' to display available scheduled offerings for selected course.

6. Click `Register Now' to register for an available class of your choosing. Note ? Many courses require approval. Once approval is given or denied, you will receive an email of the approval status.

7. Enter any registration comments in the registration field, i.e. special needs, etc.

8. Click `Confirm' to display the registration confirmation details.

7 | CAN I VIEW MY LEARNING HISTORY?

1. From the Learning home page, find the `History'tile

2. Click on the `View All' hyperlink below at the bottom of the History Tile to view your completed work or learning history.

3. Review your completed.

8| WHAT'S MY COURSE STATUS?

There are 4 course statuses:

`Enrolled', `Pending', `Waitlisted', or `Cancelled'.

Confirmed or approved registration = `Enrolled'.

If an approval is required, the status is `Pending'.

If this is an instructor-led event and the class is full your status is `Waitlisted'. If a seat becomes available, it will be filled by the next registration request on the waitlist.

If your manager, learning administrator, or you cancel the registration, the status will change to `Cancelled'.

9 | WHERE DO I VIEW CURRICULA STATUS AND DETAILS?

1. On the Learning page, click the `My Curricula' tile.

2. The curricula list can be sorted by `Curriculum Title', `Next Action Date' or `Expiration Date' by clicking the column header.

3. The status of each curriculum can be identified by the folder icon. If a green checkmark displays, the curriculum is complete.

4. Click the curriculum title link to view curriculum details.

5. From the Curriculum Details page, you can view each item requirement plus subcurricula, curriculum requirements, and/or subcurricula requirements. In addition the page also indictaes whether the curriculum is complete or incomplete and if it requires retraining.

6. The `Due By' column indicates when the item is due.

10 | HOW DO I RUN REPORTS?

1. From the `Links' tile, click on `Reports' and select a report to run.

2. Click on the `+' icon to expand the desired report category and then select the desired report.

3. Select your filter preferences, report destination, and report format.

4. Click `Run Repoort'.

11 | WHERE DO I FIND HELP?

1. Contact your regional or IT service desk.
