Select the Clinical Rotation Center

1. Expand the DO Student Information link 2. Select Clinical Rotation Center link

Select Drop/Add Request (from schedule) to Schedule a Site/Preceptor for Core Geri or ER

Use the Drop/Add for Geri/ER because the course is already on your s chedule. You just have to add the Site or Preceptor.

Select "Request Drop/Add" for your assigned period

Complete the Request

1. Select "Site/Preceptor Only" 2. Select Hospital/Site or Preceptor 3. Click on the List of Values/magnifying glass to search our database for the appropriate Site or Preceptor 4. Continue as you would for a new Rotation Request, completing all required fields, attaching the written approval and sign before submitting
