• -Awarded the Patriot employee for participating in the company BCP while revolution 30/6/2013.

• -Worked on transcribing a project for the Telephone Doctor program of customer service training videos/ audios courses.

• -Participated and represented the General Authority for Land and Dry ports at the international logistics conference sponsored by Mr. Mehleb, the Prime Minister at the time, at the conferences Hall, Nasr City, August 2015.

• Participated and represented the company for all the intercontinental logistics and ports international conferences 2015.

• Organized and supervised the US embassy in Cairo Targeting and Risk Management Course for the Authority trainee members.
