The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Beijing, announces that “Reach Networks Hong Kong Limited (RNHK)” will cease the provisioning of INTELPAK service beginning on 1 April 2009, and the assignment of the associating Data Network Identification Code (DNIC) 454 2 to “Reach Networks Hong Kong Limited (RNHK)” will be removed following the said date, in accordance with ITU-T Recommendation X. 121.

Joint Communiqué of 9.IV.2009

AimsOne Pte Ltd (Singapore) and SwissTelex, Lugano (Switzerland), announce in this joint communiqué, in addition to the communiqué published in ITU Operational Bulletin No. 929 of 17 March 2009, the following new arrangements of the telex service in Singapore.

Singapore Telecommunications Limited will cease operation of its telex service (international and national) on 30 April 2009. After that date, AimsOne Pte Ltd will take on the provision of the telex service in Singapore and has assigned SwissTelex to handle the telex traffic.

Effective 1 May 2009, SwissTelex will handle the telex traffic to and from Singapore and have the responsibility for routing arrangements, international accounting procedures and settlements.

Joint Communiqué of 8.IV.2009:

Correos y Telégrafos, Madrid (Spain) and EasyLink Services International Corporation, Norcross, (Georgia, United States), announce in this joint communiqué that, as of 1 May 2009, Correos y Telégrafos transfers the handling of all of the incoming and outgoing telex traffic to and from Spain to EasyLink Services International Corporation.

Correos y Telégrafos subscribers’ national telex numbers, including the Telex Destination Code (TDC) “52” allocated to Spain under ITU-T Recommendation F69 and the Telex Network Identification Code (TNIC) “E” allocated to Spain under ITU-T Recommendation F.68, will remain unchanged.

The Correos y Telégrafos telex switching centre in Barcelona will be closed and all direct circuits to and from this destination will cease operation on 1 May 2009. All traffic destined to the Barcelona centre will have to be routed via the telex switching centre of EasyLink Services International Corporation, in Piscataway, NJ.

Until 1 May 2009, international telex settlements with Spain shall be directed to Correos y Telégrafos to the following address:
