Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Stakeholder Engagement Events Scheduled

ACES$ Financial Management Services is the payroll provider for the following Wyoming Home and Community Based waivers:

? Community Choices Waiver ? Comprehensive Waiver ? Supports Waiver The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) and ACES$ are hosting Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) regional stakeholder events for Case Managers, Participants, Employers and Direct Service Workers involved in the above mentioned programs.

WDH and ACES$ will review: What is EVV? How will it affect stakeholders? What is the EVV implementation timeline?

ACES$ will present, demonstrate, and gather feedback regarding our EVV solution and training materials. If you would like to attend an EVV stakeholder event, please see the schedule (attached).
