Welcome to the MyLearning ADP TotalSource? Course Catalog! This learning package of 500+ courses is focused on 8 topic areas: HR Compliance, DE&I, Personal Development, Leadership Development, Technology Skills, Health & WellBeing, Customer Service and Risk & Safety. This Learning Package will help to increase employee engagement, meet the needs of the modern learner, as well as help employees develop relevant skills.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit

Virtual Classroom Training courses are all eligible for 1.5 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit upon completion of all parts of the course. Students must be individually logged into the session, for the entirety of the session, to receive the certificate of completion and CPE credit. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted on a 50-minute hour. ADP, Inc., Employer Services is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: .

Formats

Courses are available in a variety of formats which allows you the flexibility to obtain your professional development at your leisure. Below are descriptions of each format to help you understand what courses are available in what formats. Due to the popularity of the subject matter, there are several courses that are offered in various formats to meet all types of learners. All of our courses can be found on our Learning Management System (LMS), myLearning@ADP, which is accessed single sign on via My TotalSource, My ADP Resource or ADP Workforce Now.

1. Virtual Classroom Training These courses are engaging, interactive, and live instructor led via WebEx. All employee levels are offered at various times throughout each month and the rotating schedule is published on a quarterly basis. Participants should expect to be fully involved for the duration of each session. Schedules can be obtained by contacting your ADP HR Business Partner (HRBP) or logging into myLearning@ADP.

2. HR Business Partner (HRBP) Hosted sessions These onsite or virtual sessions can be scheduled with your HRBP for a date and time that meets your schedules. They vary in length depending on subject matter; typically, most topics are facilitated in 1.5 -8-hour sessions. Schedule an appointment with your HRBP to further discuss these options.

3. Elearning These sessions are self-paced e-learning launched from myLearning@ADP. Online courses are offered at no charge. The duration of each session varies by topic. More details may be found in myLearning@ADP

Interviewing sounds easy enough: you arrange for a conversation between you and potential candidates, and then select the best person for the job. But what if you could refine the process in such a way that you were confident that you are selecting the right person? How do you separate the good from the great, when they have similar work experience and strengths to offer? This 90-minute workshop will offer the skills and tools to create and host effective interviews.

Human Resource Training (Instructor-led)

As workplaces streamline their operations, more managers and supervisors outside the traditional HR departments are expected to deal with human resource issues. This could include developing job descriptions, taking part in interviews, or taking responsibility for orientation and training. This 90-minute workshop will introduce these human resource concepts.

Workplace Violence (Instructor-led)

Violence of any sort has many roots. Sometimes there are warning signs of workplace violence, but this is not always the case. This 90-minute workshop introduces some of these warning signs and explores options to prevent, identify, and mitigate threats in the workplace.

Progressive Discipline (Instructor-led)

Discipline is not something any manager wants to do but it is a skill that is important to be able to perform consistently and fairly. This 80-minute course will explain the typical steps of progressive discipline and help you use it to manage employee behavior and performance. Trying to remediate the employee's behavior early in the process is emphasized.

Respect in the Workplace (Instructor-led)

Research from the Bullying Institute confirms that almost 50 per cent of Americans have experienced or witnessed workplace bullying. This includes verbal abuse, job sabotage, abuse of authority, harassment, or discrimination. This 90-minute workshop introduces some proactive standard tools for employees to combat bullying, abuse, harassment, discrimination, and incivility.
