ABCD centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NA EYC) and are licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Major funding sources for ABCD include: the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, the Office of Head Start, and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
