The Nevada Association for the Education of Young Children (NevAEYC) is the state affiliate organization of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NevAEYC promotes high-quality early learning for all children, birth through age 8, by connecting practice, policy, and research. We advance a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession and support all who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children.

Benefits of becoming a Sponsor or Exhibitor at the 2020 NevAEYC Conference!

Your advertisement will be sent out in the NevAEYC list serve, added to NevAEYC website and social media, and reach approximately 2,500 early childhood professionals.

The final program, including your advertisement, will be distributed to over 400 conference attendees.

Exhibit hall will have daily walk through traffic of over 300 participants.

Annual Networking Mixer

A networking mixer in the exhibitor hall will occur on Friday, April 17th following the last workshop session for the day. A special raffle will occur for those in attendance. Sponsor and exhibitor raffles will be given away.

Exhibit Hall

Sponsors and exhibitors will have access to set up displays at 3 PM on Thursday, April 16, 2020.

Exhibit Hall will be open from 7 AM to 6:30 PM on Friday and from 7 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday. When the schedule of activities is finalized, exhibitors will be informed of the times for taking down displays on Saturday.

For 2020, all exhibit tables will be 8 feet in length.

All sponsors will receive one 8-foot table space, draped with two chairs; assistance with set-up and takedown of your display, upon request; two lunches for Friday and Saturday; acknowledgement on NevAEYC website and social media, during the conference and final program; and pre-conference spotlight.

NevAEYC anticipates 400 to 500 participants. If your business or organization would like to contribute swag or advertisement in the conference bags, please complete and submit the following agreement. Contributors will be notified where to send swag or advertisement.
