PERPETUAL HELP DEVOTIONS:

Tuesday morning after the 8:00 am Mass.

SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION:

Tuesday: 5:30 6:00 pm Thursday: 7:30 7:50 am. Saturday: 4:00 4:45 pm. Sunday: 7:30 7:50 am. Confessions available by appointment, please call Fr. Vordtriede to arrange a time.

SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM:

Baptisms are normally celebrated after the 10:00 a.m. Mass on Sundays or at another agreeable time. Please contact the parish ofice to make arrangements.

COMMUNION CALLS:

The clergy and communion ministers weekly visit parishioners who are homebound. Please call the parish ofice to make arrangements.

Dear Holy Rosary Parishioners,

I just wanted to send out one last reminder that my installation as pastor will occur at the 5pm Mass on Saturday, August 14th. Fr. Mike Boehm, V.G., will preside in the name of Archbishop Rozanski. After the Mass, there will be a small reception in the Activity Center. All are welcome! Thank you so much for all your love and support for me and for my priesthood. I am truly blessed to be at a parish and in a community with such a deep commitment to Jesus Christ. I take very seriously the charge to be your shepherd and spiritual father. I continue to pray for all of you! Please continue to pray for me!

This week is the last full week of summer vacation for our Holy Rosary teachers and students. Today's backpack Mass at 10am is making us all realize that we are about to get underway. I am very excited to begin my irst FULL school year (since I arrived in mid October last year). The Catholic identity of our school is so palpable; it is something of which we should be very proud!

In order to support both Holy Rosary School and our Knights of Columbus, please save the date for our golf tournament. The tournament will be held on Friday, October 1st. Lunch will be served at 12 Noon, and tee time will be at 1pm. Dinner is also included with your registration. We are also looking to have school families volunteer alongside our Knights. If you are a school family interested in volunteering, please call the parish ofice. You will be hearing a lot more about this in the coming months, but for now please mark your calendars!

Please consider joining our RCIA classes if you are an adult who is not (yet!) Catholic or are still in need of the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and/or Conirmation. Classes in English will be on Thursday evenings beginning September 9th from 79pm in the school library. Spanish RCIA classes will be held on Sunday mornings during the school year. Please call the parish ofice if you are interested!

Men, women and couples wounded by abortion are invited to attend. The retreat will be led by trained therapists in a comfortable and prayerful setting with proper COVID19 precautions in place (exact location shared at registration). We're sorry for having to cancel the Picnic at the Park in Pendleton on July 31st, however with heavy rain in the morning and showers forecast all afternoon the Grand Knight Mike Carrapella cancelled the event. Emails were sent and a sign was on the gate. Another time Another date.
