**IMPORTANT NATURE'S CLASSROOM INFORMATION**

ATTENTION: 8th Graders needing meds for Nature's Classroom: Medications are due to the school nurse by Thursday Oct 5th. Parents must come to school to drop them off. Medications should be in their prescription containers with the student's name on the label and the dosage

information. Only send enough medication for the week, but in original bottle or packaging.

On Friday the 8th graders will be receiving their Nature's Classroom assignment letters with their cabin, bus, table group, and Field group assignments. Included in the letter is the following

drop off information:

Important drop off information ? Drop off is between 7:00- 7:20 AM. (Students going on the trip are not to take the

school bus so please make arrangements to drop them off.) ? Parents are asked to drive to the Middle School drop off lane in front of the Middle

school entrance to drop off students and their luggage. ? Students will be placing all of their luggage (including bags that you will carry on the

bus) in the cafeteria in a straight line by bus number. ? They will then go to their team area for attendance and to wait for departure. ? The police dogs will be checking the luggage while they are waiting. ? The buses will arrive at 8:30 AM. (After the school buses have finished dropping off the

other students.) We will then quickly call them down by bus to load the buses and depart.

On Friday Oct.13, the buses will leave Nature's Classroom around noon time and are expected back at DMS between 3-30 to 4:30 PM depending on traffic conditions through Boston. We will send out arrival time updates on Twitter at @DMSAnnouncement.

Remember, students can take a snack on the bus, but are to not pack food in their luggage. It will be confiscated and not returned. Also, NO CELL PHONES OR OTHER ELECTRONICS ARE PERMITTED ON THE BUSES OR AT CAMP.
