A ministerial decree of 13?March 2018 allegedly makes it mandatory, for those working as workplace consultants in the field of prevention, to register in the new professional healthcare register in order to continue to work within different local health authorities. According to the petitioner, such an obligation contravenes European legislation.2.AdmissibilityDeclared admissible on 5 April 2019. Information requested from Commission under Rule 216(6).mission reply, received on 9 July 2019 The Commission’s observationsThe question raised in the petition at issue has already been addressed by the Commission in its reply to petition 0888/2018. For a more elaborate analysis on the issue, the petitioner is invited to refer to the reply to petition 0888/2018.ConclusionIn the light of the information available to it and the information provided by the petitioner, the Commission cannot conclude that the requirement for registration at health registers for the profession of environmental and workplace consultant does not comply with EU law and the principle of proportionality. ................
