Welcome to St John’s Beaumont

Dear Boys, Coaches and Parents

Can I extend a very warm welcome to all our visitors over the next two days, whether playing rugby, football, coaching or supporting.  Each of you will play an important part in the enjoyment and success of these events.  I’m sure we are about to see some splendid athletes with great gusto and commitment and this is in great part due to the excellent work of the staff and boys from each school present today.

I would particularly like to thank the Staff of St John’s; Mr Hennessy and all of the sports department for co-ordinating the tournaments, also the referees for officiating, the groundsmen for preparing the pitches and finally to our excellent catering team.

Can I wish each team and their supporters the very best and thank you again for joining us for today.

Giles Delaney

Headmaster

Refreshments for parents and staff will be available during the afternoon by the main pavilion from 1.30pm. Boys will have pre-prepared packed snacks, which will be collected by staff when they register.

Lavatories can be found on the first floor of the Sports Centre as well as portable facilities behind the Pavilion on the Beaumont Flats (pitches).

Photos are being down by PhotoDayGroup and can be viewed and purchased throughout the day.

If First Aid is required, please see a member of the First Aid Cover staff by the Pavilion who will assist you as needed.

Please refer to the maps within this programme showing the School campus and directions to the playing fields.

There will be a marquee for kit to avoid it being soaked or lost, however this is quite small. If you wish to bring your own Gazebo, please do so. Please check with the announcer as to where to locate it.
