Summer Academy If you register more than one child, you can write ONE

check for all registrations but please complete a

separate registration form for each child. All registration forms are due by Wednesday, April 27, 2022

What is SummerAcademy:

Shuttle buses will be offered and required in two locations MCKNIGHT AND MARSHALL

McKnight Elementary School - for students who have a home school at MCK and IES - Shuttle bus drop off at 8:45 AM and Pick up at 11:45 AM at McKnight

Marshall Elementary School - for students who have a home school at MES, BWE and FES - Shuttle bus drop off at 8:30 AM and pick up at 12:00 PM at Marshall

Drop off and Pick up at Peebles - for students who have a home school at HES and PES only. A pick up number will be issued to you and required for pick up,

The North Allegheny Summer Academy

Developed to provide children in grades Kindergarten through Grade 5 (currently) a variety of academic and cultural experiences. The objective of the Academy is to provide the students with opportunities that will stimulate, enrich, and expand their interests, talents and social interactions.

COVID Guidelines:

Summer Academy will continue to follow and monitor the North Allegheny Back to School Safety Plan as updated by the District.

Please complete the registration form (NEXT page of this packet) and mail/drop off to: Peebles Elementary School, Attn: Summer Academy/Janet Pisani 8625 Peebles Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237

A Registration confirmation will be emailed to you after the registration closes. Confirmation of classes will be sent mid-May via email.

Registrations are due by Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Your payment must accompany your registration of $150.00 - cash or

check accepted. Summer Academy will offer rotating classes to ALL NASD students

who register. Your child will experience all classes during the Academy. Art, Technology/STEAM/Maker Spaces, Science, Cooking, and YOU

Matter Fun Games. Each child will be assigned to their grade level group and participate in

ALL classes. All students will rotate through each class during the two-week program. Class instructors are teachers in the North Allegheny School District. Susie Bjalobok - Principal of Peebles Elementary School

For your student to participate in this program: 1. Complete and sign this form for each child. No multiples on a form. 2. Registrations are due no later than Wednesday, April 27, 2022. 3. Return to Peebles Elementary along with a check or cash for $150.00 per child. Checks made payable to "North Allegheny Summer Academy", please. 4. If you register multiple children and pay by check, you can send ONE check in but please complete a separate registration form for each child.
