Payment for auction items must be made at the fundraiser and may only be made by CASH or CHECK, payable to Fox Meadow PTA. There is no exchange or return on silent auction items.
*If you are unable to bid in person, you may submit a final (your “best”) bid on any item via email to Amy Song at akimsong@ no later than 5pm Friday, November 4, 2011. That bid will be posted as an opening bid. Be sure to specify the item number(s) and final bid dollar amount for each item. Only bids received before 5:01pm on Friday, November 4th will be accepted.
The dress code for the evening is Cocktail Attire.

Conditions of Sale
Payments made in excess of the fair market value of each auction package qualify as charitable contributions, tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Monies spent for raffle tickets are NOT tax deductible.
All items purchased or won at the Fall Benefit Fundraiser must be paid for and picked up by the conclusion of the event. Items will be held until payment is received.
All sales are final and subject to the conditions stipulated by the donors. Purchasers or winners may not ask for refunds or exchanges from donors.
The Fox Meadow PTA (FMPTA) warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items and services auctioned, sold or provided. Values quoted have been provided by the donors and descriptions of the items have been made with every reasonable effort to be accurate. The FMPTA is not responsible for changes, omissions, or typographical errors. All items are sold “where is” and “as is”, and without warranty or representation of any kind as to the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authenticity, conditions, quality, or fitness for any purpose.
The FMPTA bears no responsibility should any items become invalid due to foreclosure, bankruptcy, or change in operations of the donor.
It will be the responsibility of winning bidders to ensure that private homes or other accommodations donated are not damaged.
All donations of performances and games for which dates are not specified require that the date be mutually agreed upon by the donor and the winning bidder or raffle winner. All gift certificates, unless otherwise noted, expire 11/05/12.
