1. What is the Wagner Financial Forum?

? Opportunity to discuss policies, procedures, and best practices for fiscal operations

? Evolved from unit budget managers' meetings ? Forum for unit budget managers (i.e. those who approve

transactions, are financially responsible for unit budget) as well as all staff who have fiscal operations aspects to their jobs (i.e. those who procure goods, make purchases, process payments, etc.) ? Aim to bring together both sides of unit budgets ? At least one person from each unit should attend if possible ? Questions, comments, new ideas, and feedback are welcome

? Overall, we are doing well Customer service rated highly for responsiveness and effectiveness P-Card/CTA/AmEx is most satisfactory and frequently used purchasing program overall

? And we also have room for improvement More training/support for financial systems, purchasing/payment processes, and budget management Better support use of i-Buy NYU, especially non-routine use
