We provided assistance with intake, bagging/sanitizing and greeting/temperature taking. Thanks to Chris & Bennett Steier, John & Carol Mueller, Ron Coenen and John Fink for helping out. Our next opportunity to volunteer is Saturday, January 30th. If you’d like to help out, please call John Fink at 619-2190. OLOL has over 150 chairs that have been out of use for 5 years. Rick & Terry Johnson are leading our council’s effort to help repair the damage due to the sun and wear and tear. The project includes removing the seat cushions, removing fabric, sanding down the chairs and re-staining/varnishing each chair. To date we have over 170 man hours invested and 98 of the chairs are ready to be used once again. Thanks to those who have helped out: Rick & Terry Johnson, Randy Baeten, Pat Lennon, John & Matt Mueller, John Fink, Dave Mancl, Roger Nienhaus, Ron Coenen and Pat Moran. Thanks also to OLOL Maintenance Tom Rockstroh. On September 21st, 5 knights and family helped at Diederich Farm to help cover their silage pile after harvest. With their efforts the farm managed to put plastic cover and tire sidewalls down on the pile to keep it from spoiling. Corey Coonen, Pat Lennon, Keith Diederich, Anthony Mitchell and myself put in 14 man hours to help get this project done. Diederich Farm was grateful for the help and the whole thing was covered in 3 hours.? A donation of $300 was made to the council for their help. - Matthew Diederich?HONORARY LIFE MEMBERSHIPCongratulations to Merlin Smits for attaining Honorary Life Membership in the Knights of Columbus.NOVEMBER BIRTHDAYSHank Aldrich, Brett Buratti, Pat Burke, Jim Crabb, Scott Crevier, Steve Cribben, Jon De France, Clinton Dederich, Mike Donovan, Mike Gerrits, Steve Handrick, Jim Hayes, Jim Hoffman, Cory Hudson, James Kelley, Charles King, Herb Kocken, Dave Kwiatkowski, Tony Lagowski, Don Meulemans, Chad Mileski, Tom Mommaerts, John Mueller, Seamus Neilson, Jeremy Nelson, Mark Patterson, Pat Peeters, Richard Porior, Tim Schinkten, Merlin Smits, Alan Tesoro, Rick Turriff, Travis Vanden Heuvel, Arnold Vanden Langenberg, Dave Vander Bloomen, Luke Ver Boort, Mike Willems620903028765500KNIGHT LITES6668770767715?00?OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE DIRECTORS 2020-2021OFFICERSChaplain…Father Pete Renard337-4372Grand Knight…Pete Nordeen915-7410Deputy Grand KnightPat Lennon336-4381ChancellorDale Brown327-2860AdvocateMark Gerrits 227-7203WardenNeil Basten619-0356RecorderMatt Diederich360-5926TreasurerJohn Wilmet336-3074Financial SecretaryWayne Van Asten983-2961Inside GuardDennis Leiterman336-0364Outside GuardDoug Vanden Langenberg468-0102LecturerDrew Weisse770-7111594360371094000-831854541520ELECTRONIC SERVICE REQUESTED00ELECTRONIC SERVICE REQUESTEDTRUSTEESMatt Mueller339-1190Tom Wiers337-2189Ron Van Dyck609-0869COLUMBIAN INC – DIRECTORSPresidentSteve Cribben606-4700Vice PresidentScott Baeten660-2300DirectorTom Wiers337-2189DirectorEric Le Brun621-1708Secretary-TreasurerWayne Van Asten983-2961MEETING NIGHTS (August-June)1st Monday of each month.Meetings start at 7:00 p.m.Officers and Charity meetings are 30 minutes before regular meeting.
