Role Purpose:

To build a sustainable Sales Funnel that increases CPIs market presence, commercial revenue and customer engagement in the HealthTech space. Alongside traditional Business Development techniques you'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms to engage target customers, developing, qualifying and converting new opportunities to Purchase Orders. You'll work together with our technical content generators, sales operations and Marcoms teams to craft beautiful and compelling stories for HealthTech campaigns. Ultimately, as the Digital Business Development Manager, you'll make sure our HealthTech messaging reaches our target audience to grow both CPI's presence and revenue within the HealthTech market sector. This role carries an Order Intake and Revenue target.

Role specific responsibilities:

Commercial Growth Strategy

? To grow commercial income in the HealthTech target markets by leading blended digital and face to face customer journeys. Manage end to end customer journey from identification to customer retention.

? To build the strategy for B2B digital growth and lead the execution of agreed strategy. Work in conjunction with other relevant teams including marketing communications, strategy teams and technology experts.

Customer Journey Campaign Execution

? To build, lead and deliver end to end customer journey campaigns to deliver high quality and quantity of customer engagement. Use CPI's thought leadership and technology expertise to drive the engagement. Utilise existing and explore new channels to reach out to target stakeholders, build relationships and keep up to date with new trends. Attend conferences and events as part of the journey.

? To create compelling digital channel content (such as emails, newsletters, webinars, and social media posts) to engage and generate qualified leads providing a connected customer experience that results in a first "personal" contact.

? To build new commercial opportunities by researching new potential customers, identify key decision makers, engage through digital channels and maintain relationships through effective use digital channels.

? To monitor market insights, customer feedback and evaluate the performance of existing CPI offerings and identify areas for improvement or innovation. Business Development

? To build expert market knowledge of HealthTech product development and a deep understanding of CPI's capabilities and value within the HealthTech market sector.

? To lead the pitch for CPI's offering to external stakeholders, effectively translating CPI's technical capability and clearly articulating the value that CPI brings to the market.

? To effectively communicate the requirements for contracted customers in collaboration with CPI's subject-matter experts and ensure that customers are set up for success.

Customer Relationship Management Processes

? To work with customers, internal experts, and technology teams to prepare compelling project proposals/briefs/quotes, negotiate and close project proposals to a Purchase Order/Commercial Contract.

? To input relevant business development data/reports in support of various internal management activities.

? To follow the CPI business Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methodology and process ensuring all customers and opportunities are tracked on CRM and fully up to date.

? To maintain and manage an account management process. Ensure client relationships are managed throughout the customer journey.
