Getting started

The Taylor and Francis E-book Library has material of particular interest for Education (over 100 reading list titles, published by Routledge) and some humanities subjects.

• Go to the OxLIP+ page, linked from SOLO

• Click on the link for OxLIP+

• In the search box, marked Find database, search for Taylor and Francis,

and click on the link for Taylor and Francis Online e-book Library

• Note: When outside of Oxford, you will need to login on OxLIP+, using your Single Sign On WebMail/WebLearn password.

• To search for a book you want to read, click on the drop down menu in the top right hand corner and select keyword. Type in a word from the title, e.g. “financing” and click [pic]

• Click on the cover image of the book you want to read, to get more information (e.g. World Bank Financing of Education)

• Then click on the [pic] logo, to open the book itself.

• You can move around the text page by page, section by section (top right), or by selecting chapters from the table of contents menu on the left.

• In the Quick search box, you can type a key word or phrase, to find all the occurrences of it within the book. Follow the hyperlinks, to move between these sections.

• You can print or copy sections, within the copyright restrictions given (printing: 10%, copying: 5%), by adding material to the print or copy queues.
