Socuris/ Online Ordering Portal ("Socuris")

Overview Socuris is an SHN online portal/ web site that is designed to stand alone, and will not be accessible through SHN's website. Socuris is designed for use by SHN's customers - B2B only, including hospitals and pharmacies - to place orders for product. Orders for product are currently faxed to SHN but an increasing number of customers are requesting the option to place orders using an online portal. Socuris will have no e-Commerce capabilities and will be used by customer solely to provide customer name, shipping address, billing address, phone and email contact information, and name and quantity of product that customer wishes to purchase. SHN will confirm the order by phone call and/or email to the customer, fill and ship orders to customers with an invoice and a copy of SHN's Standard Terms and Condition of Sale (terms currently being drafted by Shalini, reviewed with SHN stakeholders, and will be submitted separately to SDM Legal for review). SHN will provide customers with web site information with login credentials (one set of login credentials, additional login credentials provided to customer upon customer's request) to access Socuris. As on the Home page of sdmshn.ca , we will include at the bottom of the Socuris Home page "? 2014 Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network", and functioning links to Web Site Terms of Use (link should contain proposed Web Site Terms of Use contained in this document), Privacy (standard privacy language from SHN's website), and SHN's Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. Socuris was designed and created by a third party, Konverge Digital Solutions Corp. SHN will host Socuris. SHN will engage a third party to provide technical support for Socuris and is currently considering MeshMD Inc, the service provider engaged by SHN to design and create Iris, and that currently provides technical support for Iris. Please find below proposed Web Site Terms of Use for Socuris. These terms are based on the content of the Legal link of sdmshn.ca and modified accordingly. As mentioned above, the intent is to have the user scroll through and click accept the Web Site Terms of Use for first time access to web site. The Web Site Terms of Use will be available to users at all time in a link at bottom of Socuris' Home page.
