Step 1:

Browse to our website at and click to select any shop.

Choose the option "I am a new parent, Sign me up!"

Enter your details.

A verification email will be sent to you.

Step 2:

Open your email client and find the email that we've just sent to you. This may take a few minutes to arrive. If you don't see an email arrive, please check your spam folder. Click the link in the email.

You will be sent back to our site and told that your email address has been verified. Click the "Log In" button.

Enter your email address and the password you chose when you signed up.

Step 3:

Add the details for each of your children. Please note the 6 digit student number is mandatory and must be entered.

Once you are done adding children press `Continue' and you will proceed to the Online Shop. Congratulations! You're now ready to place orders. Browse to the site and select the shop you wish to order in.

Log in using the "Email & Password" option.

MyStHildas Online Accounts Adding funds to Student Accounts

Open the menu by clicking the three lines on the top left side of the site

Select `MyStHildas Accounts' from the Menu and you will be taken across into the account portal. Sign in will happen automatically so you won't need to re-enter your credentials. On first access you will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions. Click the `Accept T&C' button.

You will see your students already available. Click on the `Add Value' button on the right hand side of the accounts for the account to add money to. You can transfer money to other accounts later so you can just add once for multiple accounts.

Select the amount you want to load or enter another amount. Check the `Remember my card' box and your card details will be securely saved for next time. Click the `Pay' button.

The payment will process, do not leave the page until your receipt appears. Your funds are immediately available in the selected account. To transfer funds between multiple accounts and students click the `Transfer Value' button.

Your funds are now available to use in shops online and on campus. Further instructions on using your MyStHildas account by clicking the `Help' button and accessing the `Online Help' link. You can continue shopping by clicking the `MyStHildas Online Ordering' button at the top of the page.
