This Documentation will provide the user experience and fix after the Office 365 migration User Experience 1. User will experience error message "Trying to connect" in outlook

2. Outlook Icon on taskbar will show as exclamation mark 3. Error"Microsoft Exchange administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook" will be prompt in outlook.

4. A prompt in outlook for username and password.

Fix 1. Input the NUSNET password in the window.

2. Outlook client will show as "Updating Folder" Connected to Microsoft Exchange

4. Click ok and restart outlook application 5. You could now start using Outlook 2016 to receive/send emails with your NUS account
