Richmond Natural Medicine (RNM) is a thriving, collaborative and growing, cash-based practice looking for an acupuncturist and/or Chinese medicine practitioner to join the team in Richmond, VA. Qualifications include graduate from an accredited college and at least 1-5 years of experience. We have a multi-disciplined practice that offers naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, herbal medicine, craniosacral therapy and community education classes. There are currently 7 NDs in the practice, one of which is a resident physician, a nutritionist and master herbalist. Our current Chinese Medicine practitioner has been with us for 3.5 yrs and is moving to be closer to their family on the West Coast. We are looking for someone to join the team that is interested in offering individual appointments as well as community acupuncture.

Our successful practice offers the ability to learn from a collaborative team with case reviews and consults with the RNM Team if desired. We also offer extensive marketing and logistical support for all of our practitioners to ensure their financial success while giving them their independence in practicing.

Further details about the practice: We are in Virginia and bring the full depth of natural medicine to our patients. Co-owners, Dr. Leah Hollon and Mr. Peter Ross started the practice over 5 years ago and RNM has served over 4,000 patients since that time. The practice sees a diverse set of patients, health conditions and works collaboratively with many MDs and other medical providers in the area. We have patients that also travel great distances to see us due to our expertise. Our areas of focus include autoimmunity, neurology, epigenetics, gastroenterology, cancer support, dermatology, fertility, men's health, and energetic medicine. We have a full herbal dispensary as well as a robust medicinary that includes nutritional supplements, homeopathy, flower essences and drainage therapy.

Expectations: 4-5 days of practice/week. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, who's engaged within the practice, has a willingness to learn and is well-grounded. Candidate will also exhibit maturity, confidence, professionalism and participate in regular self-care.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus based on experience.
