A. The term "United States" has a dual usage in the present time; it has been used by both: the

Belligerent "UNITED STATES, a Foreiga "1871 Copyrighted" Federal Leyalized

Government Corporation for profit..; a BANKRUPT - operating as a counterfeiter and wrongdoer for unjust Commercial Banking profits and benefits :md the Sovereign "the United States of Ameriea" as the National Lawful Government per the Articles of Confederation with the Americaa People in Equity Law.

B. As the Belligerent Foreign "UNITED STATES" Federal BANKRUPT government, she has enforced her Foreign controlled Federal Legal authority by using Counterfeited and Deceptive

Certificates to attack this Court's Equity; as legal '"'Quasi Bailment Securities" in order to make

this Court a Counterfeiting Co-Conspirator and then they claimed it was all done as a Volunteer to place this Equity Court into contracted community Servitude; under false legal laws and
