| |I am pleased to let you know that ISH will soon be offering a new and exciting ED treatment |

| | |

| |Renova is a new, non-invasive treatment that takes advantage of low-intensity shockwaves to induce local blood |

| |vessel growth and significantly improve penile blood flows. Shock wave therapy is becoming established as a new |

| |method of treatment for ED, and the first that offers a potentially long term benefit. |

| |LSWT (Linear Shockwave Therapy) utilises a series of pulsed acoustic energy in the ultrasonic range. The focused|

| |energy, when applied to tissue, provides improvement of penile blood flow. Shockwaves, as special acoustic |

| |waves, can be targeted and focused so as to provide localised, precise and non-invasive therapy designed |

| |specifically for ED. It is particularly suited to treatment of ED associated with poor circulation. |

| |Procedure & Safety |

| |The treatment is delivered in 4 weekly treatment sessions and is simple, non-invasive and pain-free. To date, no|

| |negative side effects related to ESWT treatment have been reported. |

| |The cost of a course of treatment is $2500. At present there are no Medicare of private insurance rebates. |

| |Clinical Evidence: |

| |Following initial research by Prof Vardi in 2010 there have been a number of further studies and treatment |

| |reports suggesting positive outcomes in 75-85% of patients using a number of ED measurement methods. |
