You'll need to complete each semester course in two weeks. Here are tips to help you accomplish that:

Stay on Pace

All semester courses consist of about 16 lessons. When you start a new course, write down your goals, dividing up what you need to accomplish each week. For example:

Set aside at least 8?10 hours per week for your courses. Earning your high school diploma is within reach if you dedicate time to your studies. Tips:

? Create a "To-Do" list: Make a daily list of lessons you plan to complete. ? Find the right time: Work during the times that you are most alert. If you are a morning person,

set aside time to work in the morning. ? Learn to say "No": Keep your eyes on the prize. Many activities can distract you from your

studies. Choosing your coursework over social activities and distractions will benefit your future. ? Reward yourself: Treat yourself to something special every time you meet your weekly goals.

Create a Productive Study Environment

? Designate a school work area: Make sure you have enough space for your computer, a pen or pencil, and a notepad. If you don't have a desk, the dining room or kitchen table will do.

? Remove any distractions: Stay away from a TV or anything else that could distract you from your coursework. Listening to music does not count as a distraction if it helps you concentrate.

? Comfort: Sit in a comfortable chair, wear comfortable clothes, and make sure you have adequate lighting.

? Hydrate and snack: Keep water and healthy snacks nearby.
