JOB DESCRIPTIONDATE:June 2021POSITION:Business Project CoordinatorBUSINESS UNIT:Almac SciencesLOCATION:CraigavonREPORTING TO:Head of Business ProjectsRESPONSIBLE FOR (PEOPLE):N/AOVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:The role of the Business Project Coordinator is to support business project delivery ensuring that project, organisational and procedural tasks are performed efficiently and in line with project governance. Safety, Quality and Delivery documentation coordination, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks and tracking actions. Provide scheduling for meetings and setting agendas for the project team. Administrative support duties will be required which are delivered to standards of Good Manufacturing Practice.JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Organise, participate in and keep accurate minutes of meetings, conferences and correspondence with team members as required in performance of functionSupport delivery to project governance; interacting with delivery teams, Group delivery functional teams and senior management. Support monitoring of Resource Tracking and allocation on Projects to ensure delivery to plan can be supported by the business.Support delivery teams in the compilation of Safety, Quality and Delivery documentation associated with projects.Track activities related to project deliverables, requirements and approval ensuring documentation readiness for project timelines and cost. Monitor project budgets, update records and support requisitions escalating issues and risks.Maintain and communicate project status against deliverables.Track, monitor, expedite and escalate the progress of various project related documentation and any associated actions.Collect project forecast data to update project tracking documentation and follow up reporting data based on actuals. Support project reporting to contribute to trending and KPIs.Lead preparation activities for reporting meetings to various levels.As necessary, conduct administrative duties associated with the position.GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:QualityEnsure GMP is adhered to in all areas of work.Health & SafetyUnderstand Company’s Health & Safety Policy and follow all company HSE procedures.
