Kirsch, PT, DPT, PhD, FAPTA is a professor of physical therapy and Director of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She currently serves on the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, Division of Consumer Affairs in New Jersey. She is Vice President of the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, and served as Chair of the national APTA Reference Committee and Ethics and Judicial Committee. Most recently she served on the Imaging in PT Task Force and Scope of Practice Task Force.
