NCSA 2019 SPONSORSHIP DESCRIPTIONS

DIAMOND LEVEL ($75,000)

Evening Reception (Tuesday, June 25, 5:30 pm ? 7:30 pm) ? This two (2) hour reception is open to all registered conference attendees. Receptions are usually attended by 700?800 participants. Sponsorship includes the exclusive exhibit opportunity of premium booth placement. In the reception area, there will be an opportunity for a welcome address and for placement of company marketing materials within the reception areas. A reception may be held either on-site or off-site. Current sponsorship amount covers on-site receptions only. Off-site reception costs are to be determined based on location and transportation.

Opening Luncheon (Monday, June 24, 12:00 pm ? 1:30 pm) ? Don't miss your chance to host the first major event of the NCSA 2019. The Opening Luncheon is open to all registered attendees. At this event, attendees build new relationships, visit with old friends, and enjoy a high-profile keynote speaker who is sure to attract a large crowd. Promote your company's name and message through introductions, collateral distribution, and signage. As an opening luncheon sponsor, you will have a premium booth placement, and your company will have the unique potential to establish a higher level of brand recognition across the entire conference while taking advantage of an appreciative audience who will be ready and willing to learn about your products and services as they plan their exhibit hall experience.

GOLD LEVEL ($25,000)

Afternoon Break ? This is an opportunity to put your company at the front and center in the path of all attendees while they take a 30-minute mid-afternoon break and browse the NCSA exhibits. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. It is your chance to be recognized at the very moment when attendees are poised to visit your exhibit.

Boxed Lunch for Roundtable Sessions ? Up to ten roundtable sessions will be held simultaneously in the exhibit hall. Attendees participating in the roundtable sessions will be provided with a premium boxed lunch. The boxed lunch will be branded with your company logo and name, and a flyer and/or other promotional items can be included with every lunch box. As the boxed lunch sponsor, your company has the unique potential to establish a higher level of brand recognition across the entire conference. The promotional items and/or flyer must be provided by the sponsor.

Continental Breakfast ? Start the day achieving great sales exposure during breakfast and know this is more than just coffee and donuts! Your sponsorship support allows all attendees to enjoy a healthy breakfast while you benefit from the added publicity through prominent signage. The sponsor also has the option to provide their logo imprinted on disposable cups, napkins, or provide other promotional items during this event.

Hotel Room Key - Be the company that is in everyone's hand! Hotel Keycards for attendee hotel rooms are imprinted with your company logo and/or message. Be the brand every attendee sees first thing in the morning, last thing at night and every other time they enter their hotel room.

SILVER LEVEL ($15,000)

Badge Holder ? Your organization will sponsor the 4.25"x 6" Premier Event Badge holder made of durable laminated plastic. Attendee names will be inserted and displayed on the front of the holder with the NCSA conference logo design. Your organization will be able to design the back of the badge holder in full color.

Coffee Breaks ?Your organization will be the sole sponsor of the mid-morning coffee and tea breaks for the duration of the conference. The sponsor also has the option to provide logo imprinted disposable cups, napkins, or provide other promotional items during this event.

Conference WiFi ? Get everyone connected by becoming the official NCSA WiFi sponsor. WiFi is a must have and used by everyone. All attendees will learn about your WiFi sponsorship in the pre-conference email blast as well as the conference program and the WiFi splash page.

Reusable Water Bottle - Always appreciated by conference attendees, this high-quality water bottle with your corporate logo will be offered to all attendees and can be used throughout the conference at designated water stations. It offers long-lasting branding as attendees take them home and to the office.

Tote Bag - Place your company logo on the always popular, tote bags! Registrants will be provided a tote bag at the registration check-in. Your company logo will be visible throughout the entire conference and beyond. It's a great way to make an impression!

Ensure that your brand and message resonate year-round by sponsoring travel coffee mugs, which will be imprinted with your company logo and will be offered to conference attendees in the registration area. Welcome Starbucks Card ? Attendees can enjoy a light lunch, or maybe a late evening Vanilla Bean Latte treat when you sponsor this $10 Starbucks Card personalized with your company logo.

BRONZE LEVEL ($10,000)

Attendee List ? The Attendee List will have all attendees registered for the conference through June 7, 2019. The sponsor of the participant's list will have the sole use of the front inside cover and back cover for advertisement. All cover pages will be in full cover, and inside pages will be in black and white. Design (8.5"x11") must be in illustrator eps vector drawings and delivered to CCSSO no later than May 1, 2019.

Conference Handbook - You'll make big news with your corporate brand on the front inside cover and the back cover of the book that many will use multiple times daily. Your logo will also jump off the pages in the "Notes" section of the program and travel back to the office with all who take the handbook for future reference or to share with others. Design (8.5"x11") must be in illustrator eps vector drawings and delivered to CCSSO no later than May 1, 2019.

Gadget Wallet - Attendees will love this gadget wallet! It's the perfect way to neatly store all your chargers, adapters, earbuds, cell phone, and more while you travel. Your logo will be added for high impact.

BRONZE LEVEL ($10,000)

Journal Book ? High-quality spiral bound journal book featuring your company logo on the front will be handed out to all conference attendees at the registration area ? the perfect way to ensure that all conference attendees see your brand when they check in, and throughout the conference as they use their journal book to take those important notes in sessions and on the exhibit floor. Mobile Conference App - Sponsor the attendee's ultimate guide; it features the session's schedule, the exhibit floor map, information on special events, and much more. Your organization's logo will appear on the footer of the 2019 conference mobile app as well as on various signage around the conference as the mobile app sponsor. This is a great opportunity to get your logo and organization's information in the hands of all attendees, most of whom access the app several times throughout the conference.
