Retail Assistant for our Praia de Luz Encore Boutique Charity Shop, part-time (24 hrs/week)

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Retail Assistant helps oversee and train a team of highly committed volunteers and is also responsible for generating shop revenue. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience (min. 2 years), proven supervisory, communication and customer service skills, excellent organisational skills, flexibility and a "can do" attitude. The ability to communicate in both English and Portuguese is essential to this role.

We offer an initial fixed-term contract of 24 hours per week on a flexible rota, possibly including Saturday mornings.
