ILLNESS POLICY:
Please make sure that you read and are following the Ozaukee Child Care & Preschool Illness Policy that includes COVID-19 information. If your child has exhibited ANY of the symptoms listed in our policy please DO NOT send your child to OCC, contact your child’s health care provider to inquire about the possibility and appropriateness of having your child tested for COVID-19, and report your child’s absence, and any symptoms he/she is experiencing to a member of management. If your child has a potentially contagious illness, they MUST be kept out of child care until they meet the listed illness policy guidelines for re-entry. This is to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
SPRING CELEBRATION:
This year we are getting creative and holding a week long virtual and socially distanced Spring Celebration from Monday, April 19th through Friday, April 23rd with the theme “Food & Family”. The week will be celebrated with daily themes, virtual performances by the children, raffle prizes and an online silent auction. Please mark your calendars for the big event – it will be a lot of fun!! See your child’s teacher if you have any questions and be on the lookout for our daily schedule of events for that week coming soon!!
EGG HUNT:
We will be having an egg hunt on the playground for all the children on Wednesday, March 31st.
APRIL SHOWERS:
Spring is here!!! With it comes nicer and sometimes wet weather. The children still go outside every day, weather permitting, so please have a change of clothing and proper boots and coats since the playground sometimes can be a little damp.
OPEN/CLOSING TIMES:
The center opens at 6:30AM. Please do not drop off before 6:30AM. Remember to let a member of management know if you will need earlier drop off times (6:30am – 7:00am) so we can schedule staff accordingly.
The center closes at 6:00PM. PLEASE make sure you are arriving before 6:00PM to gather your child’s belongings so that everyone can leave the building and get home on time. Remember to also let a member of management know if you will need later pick up times (5:30pm – 6:00pm) so we can schedule staff accordingly. Late Penalties will be charged for parents who retain a teacher past 6:00PM.
