Mission:

The position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager of STOR-H Technologies SA.

The Marketing Product Manager is in charge of developing STOR-H's range and creating customer relations tools, from design to marketing. He/she assesses the needs of the market, conveys them to development teams, participates in the definition of the RoadMap, defines offers, supports the products and services to marketing teams and drives the product life cycle.

The Marketing Product Manager is truly in charge of his offering and participates fully in increasing the company's turnover.

The mission is to structure and support the business development of a new international energy consumption offering with customers, B2B, B2G (B to Government) and B2C.

This position is full-time and is based in Geneva.

Key responsibilities:

Understanding the market

A true expert in his/her field, the Marketing Product Manager must:

? Analyse/watch and monitor the market to detect opportunities, trends and expectations and position our solutions against the competition

? Conduct local market research in order to deploy the solution internationally ? Anticipate regulatory constraints and/or new developments

Product and offer strategy

The Marketing Product Manager directs the product strategy:

? Define the offer strategy in collaboration with the technical team and in line with the company's strategy and market expectations

? Participate in the design and deployment of the product Roadmap and strategy ? Identify new prospects, new market sectors and measure their business value ? Develop the marketing mix, right up to the commercialisation

Product and service design

The Marketing Product Manager participates in the definition and continuous improvement of products and offerings:

? Identify client needs and gather feedback in a collaborative process of creating offers and customer usage journeys and leads

? Define the target customer experience in line with customer usage, customer expectations and market standards

? Define marketing specifications and support the development of projects up to the test phase

? Represent clients to technical development teams

Coordinating the launch & marketing support

As project manager, the Marketing Product Manager leads the launch and ensures the success of his/her offerings:

? Design and/or validate all sales support tools, adding value to the products and services on the market

? Ensure communication with all internal teams and organise external communication with marketing teams

? Work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure that product objectives are met

? Launch new products and services across the company and train sales teams

Requirements for the position:

Thorough and organised, your analytical and creative mind will make the difference in putting forward recommendations.

? Confirmed experience as a Marketing Product Manager (min 3 years) ? Strong analysis and project management skills ? Ability to develop creative ideas and deploy them into concrete deliverables ? Good interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences ? Autonomy and initiative ? Ability to adapt to a changing environment ? Perfect written and oral communication ? Fluent English
