Program Director Mission: GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Greenlight Operation

Program Director

Vision: We desire to see a world where human trafficking is disrupted and survivors are restored.

Mission: Our mission is to strategically combat human trafficking through educational initiatives and serve sex trafficked women through a continuum of restorative care.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Program Director is responsible for the oversight of Greenlight Operation's restoration home, which serves women who have been sexually exploited through human trafficking. Directing the restoration home will involve managing the restorative programming, residents, staff, and volunteers. The Program Director will also oversee cooperative relationships with supportive community service providers.

The Program Director will be a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position until we are a couple of months away from opening our restoration home. Our goal is to have the home open by June of 2023. As we near opening, this position will become full-time. We are seeking someone who is willing to start part-time and transition into the full-time role as the program grows.

Housing at the restoration home is an optional benefit until we have residents. Once we have residents, no staff will be permitted to live on the property.
