Job Description Project Support Officer(Enhanced Occupational Health)Overview of the RoleTo support the improvement of the health and wellbeing of colleagues at work and support increased attendance at work the Project Support Officer will support the programme Director and Project Manager in the delivery of an Integrated Occupational Health and Wellbeing offering. This project will seek to establish an enhanced and integrated high quality OH&W service initially across 4 Acute Provider Trusts over 2 ICP’s (Central & South) engaging with and utilising existing Occupational Health and Wellbeing resources including where possible the integration of the Mental health resilience resources to maximise impact and provide sustainable benefit for all staff.? The Project Support Officer will support planning administration related to the implementation of concurrent health and wellbeing projects and activities to deliver the key strategic priorities as agreed by the key stakeholders. The post holder will work alongside the Programme Director and Project Manager to support the Enhanced Occupational Health programme of work. The successful candidate will support a variety of related projects, to ensure that: -project milestones are achieved by the project teamproject impact is evaluatedproject success stories are developed and publicised through various communications channelsMain Duties and Responsibilities Project SupportManagement support of all associated projects, interacting with project leads, and other stakeholders such as advisory groupsSupport the performance management of the projects, including the review of quarterly reports to ensure that objectives and milestones are metWork alongside the Project Manager to ensure that relevant project data is captured and evidenced, to demonstrate the return on investment for the AHSN NENC and stakeholdersSupporting and informing the targeting of resources CommunicationsWorking alongside the Communications Team of the AHSN NENC to assist with strategy development, the generation of high quality marketing and communications materials include case studies, and the delivery of key Work Programme information. This will include the generation of reports and information leaflets, and webpage support, as well as the preparation and delivery of presentationsEffective engagement with key audiences through the participation in events, networking, and attendance at meetingsGeneralSupporting the Enhanced Occupational Health programme of work by organising meetings, setting agendas, and attending relevant meetings to take formal and informal minutes The AHSN NENC is a relatively small company and as such, most staff carry out their own administrative tasks including elements of clerical work, communications, finance, and HR, in a shared and reactive fashion. There is therefore the expectation that staff are comfortable with this environment. There is currently no responsibility for line management of other staff members This job description is designed to identify key responsibilities of the post.
