16. Abstract This project developed a web-based software application that transit agencies can use for the collection, storage, analysis, and reporting of transit assets. The idea is to develop a system in which different departments at transit agencies can access the system for entering data, reporting, or retrieving information. Therefore, this tool can assist transit agencies in evaluating and assessing transit asset data with regards to age and condition against established performance targets, as well as offer an approach for project prioritization based on budget data and asset rehabilitation/replacement alternatives.
