Entry Fee: $23.00 for the first entry of each dog, except puppy and veterans classes, which are $15.00. Each additional entry of the same dog is $15.00. When a dog is entered in more than one class, the highest priced class is considered the first entry. Sweepstakes is $15.00. Junior Showmanship is $5.00.

Best in Sweepstakes

Judging of the sweepstakes will precede judging of the Specialty regular classes. Sweepstakes competition is open to the Boxer Dogs and Bitches to 18 months of age. Entries are made on the same official A.K.C. entry form as entries for the specialty. It is necessary to enter the Boxer in both the regular class of a specialty and to write the sweepstakes class in the space marked for “Additional Classes.” Sweepstakes entry fee received for puppy and junior classes will become part of the stakes for puppy and junior competition, after a deduction of no more than 35% for club expenses, according to A.K.C. policy.

Trophies

A unique trophy will be awarded for Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex, , Winners Dog & Bitch, Reserve Winners Dog & Bitch and first place in all regular and non-regular classes. A Best of Winners Plaque will be provided by the American Boxer Club. Trophies will be awarded in Sweepstakes and Junior Showmanship. Donors will be listed in the catalog.

This is a condensed premium list. A list of Prizes and trophies offered can be obtained by writing to the Corresponding Secretary of the Greater Saint Louis Boxer Club. The Greater Saint Louis Boxer Club greatly appreciates the generosity of its trophy donors who will be listed in the catalog.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS

The show site will be available for RV/CAMPER PARKING ONLY at 8:00 AM on Thursday, March 2, 2006. Twenty foot wide space with hookup - $25.00 per day for 30 amp service & $40.00 per day for 50 amp service; without hookup - $10.00 per day. Space available on a first-come, first-served basis - SPACE CANNOT BE RESERVED. RV/camper parking in designated areas only and will be directed by fairgrounds personnel. No hookups will be run inside building. RV/campers arriving Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be charged $35.00 per day for 30 amp service & $50.00 per day for 50 amp service.

The grooming area will open at 7:00 am and the Main Hall will be open at 8:00 am on Friday, March 3, 2006. The grooming area will open at 6:00 am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The Main Hall will open at 6:30 am on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. All doors will be locked at 10:00 pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately following Best in Show judging of the Belle•City Kennel Club, Inc. show on Monday, March 6, 2006.

Parking for handicapped exhibitors on the west side near the center of the building (see map). Vehicles must display handicap sticker or handicap license plate.

Loading/unloading at SW corner of building (see map). Headlights must be on while loading/unloading. No X-Pens in this area. Space provided for X-Pens across the road next to the fence.

NO SOFT CRATES, PRIVATE EXERCISE PENS, 3 X 3 PUPPY PENS OR MATS ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. SCOOTERS ARE PERMITTED FOR HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS ONLY. Space provided for x-pens outdoors on the west side of the building (see map).

CRATES MUST BE STACKED. The Show Committees reserve the right to limit the number of grooming

tables because of space limitations. Grooming space WILL NOT be saved; it will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Grooming area will be monitored by the grounds committee.

NO CONES PERMITTED INSIDE BUILDING OR OUTSIDE ON THE SHOW GROUNDS.

If it is necessary to rescue a dog from a parked car on the show grounds, the clubs will not be responsible or liable for any damage to the car involved.

No unentered dogs.

No baby carriages or strollers permitted in the building. No catalogs will be given away. No advertising or flyers may be placed without permission of the showgiving clubs and fairgrounds personnel.

The Greater Saint Louis Boxer Club, Inc. does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the

Official AKC entry form for this event.

CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS

OR WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS.

There will be no refund for duplicate entries.

Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging.

Dogs allowed in rings during judging only. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Superintendents will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class.

Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings.

The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All trophies must be claimed the day of the show - None will be mailed.

RETURNED CHECKS/INVALID CREDIT CARDS do not constitute a valid entry fee. Fees must be paid in guaranteed funds. Checks will not be accepted. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check & credit card. Subsequent returned checks & credit card from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. Entry Fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.

No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Superintendent. The show giving Club, the Show Superintendent, their agents, employees, etc, assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children.

No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its

acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees, signatures or the “Agreement” on the

reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or by telegram prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable.
