This document summarizes how to format your final paper and create its PDF file. If you use MS WORD in preparing the paper, you can grab the styles for titles, headings, fonts and body from this document. Include the word "ABSTRACT" with #10 Bold and all capital letters, starting in the middle of the column. Then leave one line (or equivalent spacing) before the body text of the abstract.Keywords: Paper format, Author's Guideline1. IntroductionTo make ICOCN2021 proceedings of good reading quality, all authors must adhere to the following guidelines as shown in this documentation which allows you to use as a template. 2. Paper FormatThe entire paper, including abstract and figures, must not be longer than 3 pages of size A4 (210mm width, 297mm height). Margins on each page are as follows: 20/22mm for Top/Bottom, 22mm for Left/ Right. All text must be typed in a two-column format with 7mm spacing between them and should be full justified. 3. Title And Author SectionThe paper title should be centered, completely capitalized, and in boldface type. Authors’ name(s) and affiliation(s) appear below the title in capital and lower case letters. Papers with multiple authors and affiliations may require two or more lines for this information.4. Font Type And SizeUse only the Times-Roman font throughout the paper. No special fonts (such as Chinese) are allowed in the text or figures. Preferred font sizes (such as shown in this document) are: Title 14 points, author/affiliation 12 points and 10 points for the rest.5. Section HeadingSection headings should appear in all capital letters, bold face, centered in the column with one blank line before and after. Use a period (“.”) after the heading number, not a colon. The first paragraph in each section should not be indented, but all following paragraphs within the section should be indented as this paragraph demonstrates.5.1 Subsection headingEach subsection heading should appear in bold face and lower case with a beginning initial capitalized letter.?It should start at the left margin on a separate line. Heading of sub-subsection should use bold face without a period (“.”) after the subsection heading number.6. Page NumberingPlease do not number the page of your paper. Page numbers, session numbers, and conference identification will be inserted when the paper is included in the (electronic) proceedings.7. Figure, table and photographThey may span the two columns (if necessary) but must appear within the designated margins. If possible, position them at the top of columns. Pictures or graphics should have resolutions of 600dpi (dots per inch) for monochrome and 300dpi for color. They should be inserted into the manuscript file using insert command rather than using cut and paste. Also do not embed fonts in a graphic file.8. FootnoteFootnote is reserved for conference identification, which will be inserted when the paper is included in the proceedings. Author should avoid using any other footnote in the paper.9. Copyright formsA copyright transfer agreement is required by law for all conference manuscripts published by the organizer. Please print, fill in the form, sign and email (i.e., jpeg image) it to ICOCN2021 General Secretariat. Failing to do so will result in your paper not being published.10. Paper SubmissionAfter converting the paper into a PDF file, please submit it via .cn. You will be asked to login and fill in the paper information for making the advance program. 11. Acknowledgments XXXX.12. ReferencesThis must be the last section of the paper. The references must be numbered in order of appearance in the paper. When referring to them in the text, type the corresponding reference number in square brackets as shown at the end of this sentence [1].
