INSPECTION, TESTING AND MAINTENANCE OF FM-200 SYSTEMS AT Q-CHEM, Q-CHEM II, RLOC

AND DOHA OFFICE FOR THREE YEARS

QR 227,500/-

12:00 hrs. on 8th December 2019

Contractor to carry out periodic inspection, testing, maintenance, hydro testing and hose testing of FM-200 systems at

Q-Chem, Q-Chem II, Doha Office and RLOC for a period of three years.

Tender Documents for the above description can be obtained as follows: -

- For each tender pay a non-refundable document fee (cash only) of Qr. 1000/- Payable to Q-Chem, Bank Account (Contracts Services ? Tender) - Account Number # 001-242007-003 with HSBC Bank) and submit the original receipt with an Authorization letter on Tenderer Company Letterhead with ID copy of the Tenderer representative. In the Authorization Letter Tenderer shall nominate a single focal point with contact mobile number, office number, fax number and email ID for the communications related to this tender for collection of documents as below.

- Date and Time of Tender Documents Issuance From 11th November 2019 to 17th November 2019 Between 8:00am and 12:00 noon

- Location: Al Dafna, Omar Al Mukhtar St, Amwal Tower, Building #58, Zone # 61, First Floor, Receptionist.

Tender should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date.

Tender must be accompanied by a Provisional Bank Guarantee(Tender bond) issued by one of the Qatari Banks or by a Bank operating in Qatar and should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date.
