MEETING OBJECTIVES

• The purpose of this meeting is to present and discuss consumer information that will be shared between the State, Counties and the Medi-Cal Managed Care health plans as a means of coordinating care for In-Home Supportive Services consumers in the 8 pilot counties under CCI, as required by Senate Bill (SB) 1036.

• To give Stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback and input.
