Authored catastrophic planning proposals resulting in the successful procurement of catastrophic planning efforts across New Jersey

Primary author of the NJ and NYC Regional Catastrophic Planning Grant strategy, now under the joint leadership of the NYC and NJ Urban Area Security Initiatives

Developed an effort with the NJ Food Council for an integrated state and private sector initiative for food distribution during major disasters

Working with the private sector and critical infrastructure operators in the development of projects to address resiliency and to provide operational priorities for response and recovery
