Regional Sales Manager – East Coast



Seeking both an East Coast and West Coast Regional Manager:

  

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and grow existing distribution channels within the valve and piping industry.

Make calls with distributors on end user accounts.

Provide product training for distributors.

Establish and submit sales goals and plans for account development to achieve territory goals.

Call on engineering companies and process design firms to establish specification of Inline products on various types of industrial projects.

Work with O.E.M. accounts to develop the use of Inline products on their systems.

This position requires a minimum of 9 nights of overnight travel per month. Balance of workdays will be local travel and one office day per week.

 

Requirements:

3+ years experience selling industrial piping products to distribution channels or end users.

A background in helping engineers with system design and product selection for industrial process piping preferred.

College degree a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organized and able to maintain a contact database.

Must be able to work independently and with little supervision.

Must be self motivated.

Prefer someone who lives within an hour of a major airport/hub.
