|Job Summary |

|A varied office-based role to support and co-ordinate activity across the vibrant Membership sales team with membership recruitment.|

|Working with a target driven team, the data you provide will have a direct influence on the sales strategy and regular reporting |

|will impact on team performance. |

| |

|Main Duties and Responsibilities |

| |

|Assist the Senior Partnership Account Manager with the processes that coordinate Central Payment Schemes to drive membership |

|recruitment and retention of Enterprise Partners |

|Assist the Senior Corporate Account Manager with the processes that coordinate Central Payment Schemes, including coordination of |

|multiple site activity across Corporate Partner accounts |

|Provide regular and accurate reports of members recruited in a timely and efficient manner. |

|Manage software used that enables data capture for the Regional Development Manager and Regional Account Managers |

|Contribute to the process that enables effective communication between the external and internal membership sales teams to drive |

|membership recruitment |

|Be an administrator for the CRM System, involving data interrogation and report generation |

|Analyse data produced by the sales leads team to identify opportunities to refine processes |

|Coordinate a follow up series of email communications to support the Sales Leads team process |

|Ensure new IET staff are processed as a new member |

|Work with the Membership Retention Executive to generate membership recruitment data for monthly pipeline meetings |

|Provide accurate feedback to the Regional Development Managers and Regional Account Managers on CRM usage |

|Work with the Membership Scheme Coordinator to assist with processing renewable third party membership schemes |

|Provide reports from the CRM and other data sources on National Account Activity |

|Identify data from a variety of sources to support the Regional Development Managers, Regional Account Managers with membership |

|recruitment. |

|Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify potential new Partners |

|Regularly monitor the quality of data, claims and conversions as used by the Partnership and Development team |

|Document Sales Leads processes |

|To take part in any process or procedure reviews and identify potential improvements |

|Assist in attending stand events as requested by Regional Development Managers or Partnership and Development manager |

|Undertake any reasonable duties and projects as requested by the Partnership and Development Manager |

|Support with the administration of Partnership and Development events |

|Assist with the distribution of marketing collateral |

|To actively participate in your staff appraisals and career development plans and to positively embrace feedback. |

|To undertake training as required in order to perform the role. |

|To be familiar with the Health and Safety and Fire policies. |

|To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties. |

|Experience in data processing, use of systems, analytics and administration |

|Excellent team-working, interpersonal and coordinating skills |

|Experience in dealing with customers/clients in a face to face environment |

|High level of accuracy for data entry and excellent attention to detail |

|Excellent communication skills – written and oral |

|Good level of IT skills – Microsoft Office, particularly Excel |

|Confidence to run stands and events and deal with customer inquiries |
