SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES

Gary Pearce, Chief Risk, Compliance & Privacy Officer

Gary Pearce is Chief Risk, Compliance and Privacy Officer for Kelly Services, Inc. in Troy, Michigan. Reporting to George Corona, Chief Executive Officer, he leads the Risk Management Group which consists of the following departments: Global Safety, Health and Environmental; Global Security Programs; Risk Intelligence; Risk Management; Unemployment Compensation; and Workers Compensation. Mr. Pearce serves as Kelly’s designated Global Data Privacy Officer and has led Kelly’s highly regarded Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program since its formation in 2007.

As leader of the ERM program Mr. Pearce participates in multiple initiatives including wage-hour governance, cyber security oversight and design and administration of a collection of “micro-governance” teams assigned to specific compliance domains. Mr. Pearce makes quarterly ERM presentations to the Audit Committee of the Kelly Services, Inc. Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Kelly Services in 1993, Mr. Pearce was risk financing manager for a regional health care corporation and vice president of a leading international insurance brokerage firm. Mr. Pearce holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a BA from Michigan State University, and the CPCU and ARM designations. He is a contributor to Risk Management and National Underwriter magazines and a past president of the Detroit chapter of the Risk & Insurance Management Society.

Ashley Fecteau, Sr. Manager, IT Compliance, Access & License Management

Ashley is a rule-follower whose goal is to make the rules easy to understand and fun to learn. She has over 12 years of experience in compliance and controls program training, implementation, and auditing.  In addition to co-leading the Privacy & Security Awareness Program, Ashley manages Kelly’s IT privacy and compliance programs for the AMER region as well as the Access & License Management team, which provisions system access to all global users. Ashley's career began at Deloitte where she worked with and trained various global clients to implement and sustain their IT controls programs for SOX compliance.  She holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Michigan.

Princess Galloway, Sr. Manager, Legislative Risk Mitigation

Princess is a nonconformist whose goal is to use art, whit and creativity to uncomplicate technical learning. She has over 16 years of experience in risk management, commercial insurance program management, and instructional design. She currently leads Kelly’s Legislative Risk Mitigation team, which operationalizes US employment law and develops compliance strategies. Princess’s risk career began at Marsh and she has maintained progressive experience ranging from work as a risk analyst to oversight of Kelly’s Business Continuity, Disaster Response Planning, and Travel Risk Management programs. She holds a Bachelor of International Business degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master of Training and Development degree from Oakland University.
