INTRODUCING THE NEW

We have Exciting News!

Thank you for your continued participation and commitment to the Dedicated to Safety (DTS) and Dedicated to

Excellence (DTE) programs.

The program is shifting gears starting in July of 2020. You will no longer be awarded with printed DTS Point Vouchers

but instead, DTS Points will automatically be uploaded to your new online account!

How it Will Work

How to Login ¨C You can access the new DTS site by logging

into ¡°Workday¡±. Once you¡¯re logged in, click on ¡°Your

Benefits Resource¡± to get to UPoint, and then click on

¡°Other Benefits¡± and then the NEW DTS logo. The new site

works the same as the old one but with a new feature that

allows you to transfer any remaining banked points you

may have from the old site, into the new.

New Email ¨C When you first visit to the new DTS site

you will be required to enter a valid email address to

participate. Email notifications will be sent when you earn

points, place an award order, and more. If you do not have

an email address you can get one for free on the DTS site.

Timing ¨C If you earn DTS Points for the month of June and/

or for the second quarter of 2020, you will still receive

printed DTS Vouchers. Those will be the last printed DTS

Point Vouchers you will receive. All points earned for the

month of July and beyond will automatically be uploaded to

your account in the new DTS site.

Old DTS Site ¨C The old DTS Site will remain up and running

until further notice to allow you to bank any remaining

printed DTS Point Vouchers you may have. Printed Point

Vouchers must be banked on the old site before the points

can be transferred to the new DTS site.

Transferring Old DTS Points ¨C If you wish to transfer

points from the old DTS program into the new, it¡¯s easy.

First, log into the new site, then you will see instruction

on how to transfer your banked points. To do so, you will

simply enter your username and password for the old site

and then click ¡°TRANSFER POINTS¡±.

Previously Unregistered Participants ¨C If you

have never registered on the old site, and you

have old DTS Point Vouchers to use, you have two

choices. Either redeem those points on the old

DTS site (), or register

on the old DTS site, bank those Point Vouchers,

and then use the ¡°Transfer Points¡± feature on the

new site.

Please transfer all points as soon as possible

beginning in July, after you have been awarded

with your final printed DTS Point Vouchers.

El programa cambiar¨¢ a partir de julio del 2020. ?Ya no se le otorgar¨¢n cupones de puntos DTS imprimidos, sino que

los puntos DTS se cargar¨¢n autom¨¢ticamente a su nueva cuenta en l¨ªnea!

C¨®mo funcionar¨¢

C¨®mo iniciar sesi¨®n ¨C puede acceder al nuevo sitio web

DTS iniciando sesi¨®n en ¡°Workday¡±. Una vez que haya

iniciado sesi¨®n, haga clic en ¡°Su recurso de beneficios¡±

para llegar a UPoint, y luego haga clic en ¡°Otros beneficios¡±

y luego en el NUEVO logotipo de DTS. El nuevo sitio web

funciona igual que el anterior, pero con una nueva funci¨®n

que le permite transferir los puntos acumulados restantes

que pueda tener desde el sitio web anterior al nuevo.

Nuevo correo electr¨®nico ¨C cuando visita por primera vez

el nuevo sitio de DTS se le pedir¨¢ que ingrese una direcci¨®n

notificaciones por correo electr¨®nico cuando gane puntos,

haga un pedido y m¨¢s. Si no tiene una direcci¨®n de correo

Calendario ¨C si gana puntos DTS para el mes de Junio y /

o para el segundo trimestre de 2020, seguir¨¢ recibiendo

cupones DTS imprimidos. Esos ser¨¢n los ¨²ltimos cupones

de puntos DTS imprimidos que recibir¨¢. Todos los puntos

ganados para el mes de Julio en adelante se cargar¨¢n

autom¨¢ticamente a su cuenta en el nuevo sitio DTS.

Sitio antiguo de DTS ¨C el antiguo sitio de DTS

permanecer¨¢ en funcionamiento hasta nuevo aviso

para permitirle depositar cualquier cupon de puntos de

DTS restante que pueda tener. Los cupones de puntos

imprimidos deben depositarse en el sitio web anterior

antes de que los puntos puedan transferirse al nuevo sitio

de DTS.
