ADMINISTRATOR: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGMENT Salary per annum: R257?508 (REF: ITAC 02/2020)Requirements: Degree/National Diploma in Purchasing Management (3 years), Supply Chain Management and/ or Logistics or equivalent. At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management. Strong knowledge of Public Sector prescripts such as PFMA, PPPFA, BBEE Act, Treasury Regulations, PPPFA Regulations and SCM practice Notes as issued by National Treasury. Computer literate. A valid driver’s license. A team player with good coordinating skills and customer service orientation. Good interpersonal, planning and organising, verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of AccPac System and any Asset and Inventory Management system will be an added advantage.Key responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager: Supply Chain Management, the successful applicant will be required to: Execute Supply Chain Management functions. Manage the assets process from the acquisition phase to disposal phase. Conduct and oversee verification of assets and management of asset register. Ensure effective control of ITAC’s inventory as it relates to office stationery. Assist in the Demand and Acquisition management process. Source quotations from tax compliant service providers registered in Central Supplier Database CSD). Assist in the monitoring of suppliers performance. Provide secretarial and advisory services to bid committees. Report on transactions above R30k to National Treasury (CRA) System. Assist all employees regarding travel logistics.
