Capital Program Analyst Trainee 1 SG-13Senior Capital Program Analyst SG-18Job Description:Capital Program Analysts develop, analyze, and manage capital programs, projects, and the funds needed to support them.??Employees review projects against guidelines and established criteria; monitor the impact of project changes; advise project staff and managers as to problems; recommend solutions or revisions; approve certain funding requests; perform certain statistical and financial analyses; explain state and federal guidelines; modify management systems in response to changes in legislation, regulations, and guidelines; and evaluate capital project cost information.?? After one year of acceptable performance as a Trainee 2, employees advance to the full performance, G-18, job title described above.
