Position Title: Enrollment Advisor Status: Exempt

The Enrollment Advisor will recruit and interview potential students into a variety of property and facilitiy management programs. The qualified candidate must have extensive experience in making heavy outbound phone calls and consistently meeting sales goals, along with superior customer service skills!
Typical duties include:
• Qualify leads through telephone contact and occasional face-to-face meetings to determine motivation and interest.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Find creative methods to locate new leads.
• Meet and exceed established enrollment goals.
• Quote prices, terms, and conditions and only make representations concerning programs, quality, capacity and other educational particulars.
• Participate in recruiting events such as: information sessions, conferences, open house events, and other outreach events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the programs offered by BOMI.
• Assist prospects with the application process.
• Ensure that students complete required admissions documents and follow up with applicants through the enrollment completion process.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a high energy environment.
• Strong experience making outbound sales phone calls and generating leads.
• Ability to display enthusiasm and interact with people in a positive manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly collaborative, curious, creative and team focused.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as a capacity for learning new computer skills/programs.
• Preferrable Salesforce experience.
Level of Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales/Enrollment experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
- May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment and resources to include but not limited to pens, pencils, calculators, computers, keyboards, telephone, printers, etc.
