Hello Outdoor Recreation Exhibitor,

We are pleased to share exhibitor information with you for the award-winning Wenatchee River Salmon Festival on September 19th, 20th, and 21st, 2019. The Salmon Fest, located at the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, promises to be an exciting, educational, family-style event. The Festival focuses on natural resource education, outdoor recreation and shares the cultural significance of the salmon to people of the Northwest. This event draws 6,000 -8,000 people per year.

What an ideal time for you to share your mission to thousands by having an interactive educational exhibit in our area devoted to Outdoor Recreation! We hope you can join us.

We will be signing exhibitors up on a first come, first served basis. All applications will be reviewed by Saturday, August 31st. Please complete and mail the attached application or email to director@.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Generally, the Outdoor Recreation activities at the Wenatchee River Salmon Festival are offered on Saturday only which falls on September 21, 2019 this year. Activities should stress the Festival's objectives of natural resource education and/or outdoor recreation. We challenge you to make them as interactive and educational as possible. The more active and hands on your exhibit, the more people you will draw! The Festival provides two School Days on September 19 & 20 when 4th and 5th grade classes from all over the North Central Washington valley visit the Festival. If you would like to present for School Days, please call Hailey Croci directly at (509) 393-8663. For the purpose of better facilitating the School Days, we will review your activity to see if it fits the outdoor learning experience for those two weekdays.

2. The festival organization is dedicated to providing quality educational exhibits in a non-political, non-commercial format. The Salmon Festival Board will review all exhibitor applications and make a determination of appropriateness. Please note: Business cards, catalogs and informational

handouts are acceptable.

3. There are a limited number of electrical outlets available. Outlets will be available on request. You must provide your own extension cords. Please provide your own tables if possible. We have a limited number of tent space available, so please let us know what type/size of space you require, and, if you need a tent/canopy, if you can bring your own, or if you need to reserve space in our provided tents (We have limited tent space). Space is generally 10ft x 10ft, but we can provide more if needed.

will be posted at your specified site. You must have your vehicle off

festival grounds and parked in lot located off of E. Leavenworth Road

entrance by 8 am Thursday/Friday and 9am Saturday.
